The cost of your appointment includes any referral you require for further care.

​

Due to COVID-19 all appointments will be by phone or video initially, using common platforms such as Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Facetime.  If a face-to-face physical examination is required this will be arranged by the Doctor.

A GP referral is often required by health insurance companies before you can access further care such as secondary care consultants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists or counselors.  The price of a Docster consultation includes any referral letter your require.

If an insurance form is required to be completed this may not be possible within the booked consultation and may require more time which will incur an additional charge. If you are unsure please contact us before booking your appointment.

Our general GP appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes, allowing you more time to discuss your problem with the GP.  We can usually offer appointments at short notice and at a time and location convenient to you.
