Service Description

Insurance medicals are requested by your insurance company and carried out by independent doctors. The medical typically involves the doctor taking a detailed medical history and performing an examination to include physical examination and measurement of height, weight, blood pressure and pulse rate and rhythm. Depending on the requirements of your insurance company you may also be asked to have a urine test for nicotine and/or blood tests. Extended medicals allow extra time for patients requiring additional tests, usually an ECG recording.
